Thank you for registering for NAYP’s 7th Annual Board Fair!

Please review the following information to help you prepare for the event.


Date + Location

Thursday, June 8th
Union Station Banquet Hall, Northampton, MA

Schedule

Organization Set-Up: 4:00 – 4:45 pm
Board Fair: 5:00 – 7:00 pm
Breakdown: 7:00 – 7:30 pm


Parking + Arriving

Parking is available in the lot adjacent to Union Station. You may pull up to the front of the building to unload your materials. A NAYP volunteer will greet you at the check-in table to help you find your table and get settled in.

Space + Set-up

All organizations will have a designated area at the Board Fair. The designated area will be half of an 6- or 8-foot table, with the other half of the table occupied by another participating organization. Please make sure that your materials will fit in the designated space.

Suggested Materials

Bring materials to showcase your organization, from handouts to annual reports to recent newsletters. Be sure to showcase opportunities for young professionals and have a follow-up mechanism, such as a volunteer or mailing list sign-up sheet.

Attendees + Registration

We are expecting over 150 attendees, mainly young professionals in the Pioneer Valley area. This event is free and open to the public, and attendees can learn more and register at thenayp.com/boardfair.
